WHOLESALE TERMS + CONDITIONS

On receipt of your trade enquiry, I shall send you a wholesale price list and an order form. Once you have made your selection, fill in your order form and send via email to shelleyfayelazar@mac.com.

Alternatively you can phone 07711 565887 to place an order.

Following receipt of your order, an invoice will be sent for BACS payment. Payment by debit or credit card can also be made over the phone. No items will be dispatched before payment is received.

No VAT. Minimum initial order: £200. Thereafter £100.

UK Customers

Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail, second class recorded delivery. The standard charge is £7.00.

Free shipping on orders of £350 and over.

Non-UK Customers

For overseas shipping, please contact us for a quote before ordering. Overseas customers are liable for all import duties and charges.

RETURNS

If goods are found to be damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

Shelley Faye Lazar will pay return shipping costs for damaged items.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to return goods for any other reason. No shipping costs will be refunded and all goods and packaging must be returned in a state suitable for resale.
