Returns + Exchanges

If you change your mind you can return your items up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original package. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn or are damaged in any way including tears, fraying, burns and scorch marks, any form of staining, damage caused by liquid, damage caused by cosmetics, creams and ointments or by any odour including tobacco and vaping products, deodorants, scents and perfumes.

We will process your refund within five (5) days of receiving your return. The customer is liable for the cost of return.

Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the item before you post it.

We recommend using a Signed For or Tracked delivery method to ensure your items arrive.

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.  In this instance we will also refund the cost of returning the item to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
